In only 7 1/2 minutes, your current and new employees are made aware of:
1) What you can expect from us
2) What we expect from you
3) How you represent us --and--
4) Attitudes and behaviors we will not tolerate

The Plus part of the program consist of an "acknowledgement letter" that follows the closing credits. The letter is designed to be signed by both the employee and a company representative. It's use is clearly optional.

Designed to stand alone -- or fit into existing training efforts-- this program can be used by business ranging from Mom & Pop stores to major corporations. Even the modest, one-time cost of the program is probably tax-deductible as an employee training expense. Check with your tax preparer.
